Easy DDT is the application to create and manage Transport Documents for the attempted sale in an easy and intuitive way with a few clicks and completely in Italian .The app digitizes all your documents and prints in receipt format on a Bluetooth ESC / POS 58mm printer to be associated with the device. Manage the Products, the Customers, the Transport Documents for the attempted sale, the Loading Documents to always keep under control the quantities transported daily. Some features included:- Inserting company logo and company data;- Ability to show sales prices excluding or including VAT;- Sharing of Products and Customers between devices via Cloud with encrypted and secure access;- Creation of price lists with customized prices for each type of customer and price differentiation;- Import Customers and Products from Excel;- Multi-user management and registration of the means of transport;- Inclusion of Notes and Percentage Discounts for each Product in the DDT;- Export of DDT in PDF format for printing and archiving;- View sales statistics based on Customers and Products;- Insertion of the Reason for Transport, Payment method, Generic notes of the DDT, wording for CONAI contribution or other text to be displayed at the bottom of the Transport Document.The application allows the printing in receipt format of the Transport Documents directly via Bluetooth via the ESC POS 58mm printer (to be purchased separately) in a fast, easy and intuitive way, export to PDF and XML. The generated PDF can also be printed with a common Bluetooth printer to be connected to the device.The thermal printers tested with the latest version of the App are available on the site https://easyddt.app : printing takes place in receipt mode and its immediate! The application allows the search of the Bluetooth devices associated with your Smartphone or Tablet and the direct printing of the Transport Document of a copy, two copies or a copy but without prices.The application allows you to manage everything in OFFLINE mode , so an internet connection is NOT required to use the application during deliveries.In any case, an internet connection will be required when activating the license and when synchronizing the Products, Customers and Price lists between devices.You will have the possibility to manage the archive of your transport documents, print the loading document to take with you during deliveries, export one or more transport documents generated in XML format (currently compatible with the management software Danea EasyFatt with version higher than or equal to Professional) and send it with a click via email.The Loading Document is not mandatory but is only necessary when you want to check the daily quantities of each product.You can apply Personalized Discounts based on the Product by type of Customer, enter Notes for each Product , enter and keep track of the quantities and delivery lots of the Products.The application is compatible with most Android smartphones and tablets: however, it is recommended that you download and try the free Easy DDT application for 30 days BEFORE purchasing the license.For any request or report, send an email to [email protected]
